Fantasy: Coiled Dragon Staff/Flail Weapon

I have been interested in the 蟠龍棍 or three section staff, in how it can break apart. When I saw it used in the anime Bleach, I knew I wanted to make my own version complete with a dragon head coming out the front. The weapon is meant to be worn over the shoulder with the dragon head and the last third of it being used as fighting weapons. However the wielder can also grab the back and section and swing it for a longer range attack.
